We welcome your participation in what God is doing here in Senegal! Here are a few ways you might join us:
Visit
Want to learn more about what is happening at Beersheba, and how you can be a part of it? Come visit! While we are a working farm and there is often lots going on, we love visitors! We are located near Sandiara, Senegal, 20 km inland of Mbour, a 2 hour drive from Dakar.
For tours and meal arrangements, please contact us ahead of time. Some simple and limited housing is available for short term visitors and volunteers. Contact Evelyn Netto.
Volunteer
Do you like to grow things, build things, fix things, or teach others how? We’d love to invite you to our farm to put those skills to work. Please contact Eric Toumieux.
Give
Would you like to fund an intern’s training? Help us buy a backup generator? Provide the means to start a professional seedbank to serve farmers in the area? Gifts large or small, one-time or recurring, can all allow you to be a part of the Beersheba story. If you would like to give, contact Joe Herzberg.
Research
Are you interested in doing research in a regenerating Sahelian woodland/farm matrix? To inquire about current and past research on site, or if you’d like to contribute to our deepening understanding of the agroecological and cultural systems of the Sahel, contact Noah Elhardt.
